For those of you who have been following my books, you’ll have noticed my writing style has been evolving. Time to Kill (previously titled The Locke Files, which will now be the name of the series) has been fully edited. Despite being a heavy edit, the chapters and characters have remained the same, although the underlying logic of the story had a minor shift.
Here’s the blurb for Time to Kill.
Jack Locke was an Army Intelligence expert and a criminal investigator. In 2050, scientists learn how to extend life by five hundred years, but the technology also opens the way for race based genocide and genetic engineering.
Struggling to deal with his tragic past, he finds himself trying to stop the President from using DNA based biological warfare to cull an over populated world. Locke must protect the world from a technology that aimed to help, but could change what makes us human.
The Locke Files series is an exciting story filled with unexpected twists as Jack Locke sets right the wrongs of the world.
I hope you enjoy this series, and here’s the link if you’d like to grab a copy.
I’m off to start detailed plotting for Eden Lost, book three, Battlefront, and Navigator, book two, Blind Sighted. I’m still not sure which one I’ll be writing first, so please wish me luck!
